Any litigation will have to be noted by reserves on the form of transport and to be confirmed by a letter registered by the recipient where the shipper under 72 hours after the reception of the goods at Madpack or its partners.
Our current responsibilities are governed by convention for Warsaw relating to international transport by air. Article 22-2 of this one limits our responsibility to 87 Euro by forwarding
Are excluded from our responsibilities the damage and losses undergone by the assured goods in consequence of inherent vice, of insufficiency of conditioning, inappropriate packing to accomplished transport, imperfection of the marks or the numbers of parcel. Fines, confiscations, put under sequestration, unspecified consequences of smuggling and prohibited or clandestine trade. Damages resulting from the delays in forwarding or the arrival from the ensured goods, the differences of course, prohibition of import or export.
The consequential damages in any assumption are excluded, the expression indirect loss includes/understands without restriction any commercial, financial loss or another indirect loss including the losses of topicality or loss of earnings.
Excluded Goods : jewels, pearls and stones invaluable, currencies, noble metals, banknotes, actions, obligations, coupons, titles and papiers-valeurs of any species, furs, objet d'art, sculpture or painting, antiquities, animals alive, food products and non durable products and dangerous product.
